Вот наконец-то открыл часть сайта посвященную программированию.
Весь материал будет доступен только на английском языке.
Существуют следующие темы:
Программы – тут будут выложены мои программы и исходный код.
Вопросы – тут будут типичные вопросы и ответы, которые часто задаются на собеседованиях.
Примеры – типичные задачи из программирования, которые часто задаются на собеседованиях.
Внимание. Ответы не всегда будут полными и оптимальными. Материал доступен для ознакомления с тематикой и для подготовки.

Recently I’ve been working hard on my web site, so here come the results:
1.Theme change – simple but readable, comment?
2.Photo gallery – added a nice phpGraphy script. Seems to do the job. Not all pictures are visible to the public, contact me if you want to see them all.
3.Google ads – added 3 ads of different size. I wasn’t so hard as it seems, the guys from Google have done a great job. Give me click or two!
4.Footer, header, links etc – these take some time to perfect, thankfully the WordPress system is user friendly.
Except working on my site, on Tuesday 4th of September I was passing Unix Network Programming exam at MATF. We were asked to write a port forwarding server, so that you can reach services on other ports, thus, for example, passing firewalls. I got tangled up with wrappers to library and system routines, lost some time adapting to the work environment, which I must comment was horrible, especially GNU Emacs and XGA resolution on a native SXGA TFT monitor. Finally, when I got to solving the task I didn’t have a clue of how to do it… and I was in a desperate zeitnot. But, disappointments aside, I had a great time learning Unix-like OS’s and I believe that I will continue using Linux parallel to Microsoft Windows. I will attend the exam in approximately two weeks.

I installed Kubuntu (Ubuntu + KDE) Linux some three weeks ago. It was simple, the installation process takes less than Vista, it doesn’t disturb with questions during the process and does not display stupid text messages that praise the OS (like XP or Win98 did). For a while I though everything was perfect… but just for a while. Read the rest of this entry »
